This page lists links to several scientific publications available in public domain that either describe elements of our work or link to our web site for further description. DIG for example, is a visual data mining and knowledge discovery tool. Monica on the other hand, utilizes Multivariate Time Series Modeling as one of its many methodologies in discovering and analyzing system anomalities. Monica also utilizes several methodologies in employing Autonomous Agents. All the Intellectual Property mentioned here is patented either by Hybrid or by its partners and collaborators. The following are zipped PDF files. Virtual Reality Representation of Geoscience and Decision Making Knowledge describes how DIG can be used in geological research. Data Mining of Gene Expression Changes in Alzheimer Brain mentions how DIG can be used to facilitate the process of understanding the genomic data in Neuroscience (page 15). Data Mining: Understanding Data and Disease Modeling is another example of utilization of DIG in developing a disease model and anomaly detection in gene expression. Model mining of multivariate heterogeneous time-varying data using heterogeneous neurons: its potential in the study of geological hazards. This is one of the techniques applied not only in geology but also in Virtual Clone (see Monica), as one of several filters. Distributed Medical Diagnosis with Abductive Logic Agents is an application of Agent technology to coordinate the collection of information from many sources - with only an imprecise knowledge of what this information may be and where it is located. An Intelligent Agent-based Knowledge Broker for Enterprise-wide Healthcare Knowledge Procurement is related to the above technology and used for different tasks. Intelligent Agents for Patient Monitoring and Diagnostics addresses the information flow and analysis even further, and is especially suitable for emergency or rescue applications. Applying Intelligent Agent Technology to Plan Execution Monitoring is an Agent management technology borrowed from the military application. Toward Interoperability of Mobile-Agent Systems addresses problems with interoperability of proprietary Mobile Agent Systems across different networks, applications and hardware. Secure Mobile Agents on Ad Hoc Wireless Networks addresses the security and integrity of the transmitted information over the wireless networks. This is a fundamental issue for all Monica applications.
